Due to project wins, they seek a highly experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to join their team on a Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: 

• As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide essential commercial support to the project team, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and driving the achievement of company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:


• Assisting the Construction Team with all Quantity Surveying functions, including contract compliance and advice.


• Identifying potential commercial risks and promptly reporting them to management.


• Managing operational procurement activities and providing contract support in collaboration with the Procurement Department.


• Overseeing subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final accounts.


• Providing analysis of issues and risks as required by management.


• Ensuring accurate reporting in line with Group Policies and highlighting exceptions to management.

 
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor: 

• Possess relevant third-level qualifications in Quantity Surveying.


• Have a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a large-scale onsite environment.


• Experience on large construction projects with reputable main contractors
