Position: Commercial Legal Counsel
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Up to �55,000 per annum plus benefits
Location: Norfolk with good flexibility of office and remote working

About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Commercial Legal Counsel to join our clients growing In-House Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified legal professional to develop and grow within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, Negotiating, and Drafting: Handle a variety of commercial agreements, including NDA's, supply of goods and services contracts, IT contracts, and SaaS agreements.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and negotiation.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organisation.

Ideal Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified as a Solicitor (SQE or TC route), Legal Executive, or Barrister.
• Experience: Ideally between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in handling general commercial agreements.
• Skills: Strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder management with a personable approach.

Salary/Package:

• Salary: Up to �55,000 per annum with a comprehensive Benefits Package.
• Flexible Working: Options for both office and remote working to be discussed on an individual basis (candidates from surrounding counties such as Suffolk and Cambridgeshire are highly recommended to apply)
