Commercial Litigation Associate

My client is a legal 500 law firm on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join their office in SW London. The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial skills and a strong focus on business development Key Responsibilities
Handle commercial litigation cases by drafting pleadings, statements of case, and other court documents with minimal supervision.
Perform comprehensive legal research and provide in-depth analysis on various legal matters.
Assist in pre-trial preparations, including drafting witness statements, preparing bundles, and coordinating with counsel.
Advocate for clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes
Build and maintain robust client relationships, aiding in client retention and business development
Formulate and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand the firm’s litigation practice.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to elevate the firm’s profile.
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement business development initiatives
Guide and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative team environment.
