The practice spans broad commercial disputes, banking litigation and contentious financial services work, always international, with a significant flow of instructions from the Asian markets. Joining as a junior to mid-level Associate, you will work closely with senior colleagues, but you will also have plenty of scope for taking on responsibility. British Virgin Islands For some, the BVI is the pick of the Caribbean. Process Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically around 4-6 months later. Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas and relocation, including temporary accommodation on arrival. Package Salary expected to be in the range of USD110k-USD130k with a low tax-rate (c8%). Comprehensive benefits, bonus, and relocation package (flights + temporary accommodation on arrival + expenses allowance). Requirements To secure a work permit in the BVI you will need to be admitted as a Solicitor or Barrister in the UK. This role is likely to suit someone with around 1-2 years PQE (although all associates with an appropriate skillset are encouraged to apply). You will need experience of complex commercial disputes from a good commercial/chancery chambers or UK/equivalent law firm.
