Our client is a reputable national law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, is seeking an experiened Commerical Litigation Solicitor for its growing London office. We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a passion for delivering high-quality legal representation.Thenational Commercial Litigation team comprises experienced professionals covering a wide spectrum of commercial litigation and arbitration work. The London Commercial Litigation team, of which you will be a part, consists of seasoned professionals specializing in general commercial disputes, tech, IP, construction, engineering disputes, and more. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on various commercial litigation issues. Maintain accurate and timely case management records and billing entries. Qualifications: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for Commercial Litigation and alternative dispute resolution 1-4 Years PQE Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and ADR processes. Experience in general Commercial Litigation Disputes. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Exposure to commerical clients intransport, logistics, international trade,retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector, and banking and financial services. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
