Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A highly regarded and rapidly growing US legal firm in the City of London is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE so work alongside their highly ranked partners in the Litigation Group.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor's role

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a dynamic team that handles a diverse array of substantive areas, including securities, M&A litigation, contract, intellectual property, antitrust, trade secrets, ERISA, False Claims Act, employment, RICO, and malpractice. Working closely with major corporations, financial services companies, accounting firms, insurance and reinsurance companies and brokers, and individual clients, you will be pivotal in distilling complex and contested issues, dissecting opponents' arguments, establishing credibility, and executing strategic decisions at trial.

The firm's litigators are celebrated for their creativity, practical approach to handling complex matters, and deep understanding of clients' business needs and to join candidates will need:

• Current litigator with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation experience
• Open to working across litigation and enforcement teams
• Exceptional analytical abilities, strategic acumen, and practical approach in complex legal matters.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and align with clients' business needs.
• Proven track record of working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong academics and leading firm background
