This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Chambers-ranked team that handles a diverse and engaging range of commercial and other disputes. The team consists of 9 lawyers and 3 support staff.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺Join a dynamic and supportive team where you will engage in a variety of cases, including commercial, contractual, shareholder/director/partnership disputes, restraint of trade, reputation management, data protection and privacy, insolvency, debt, professional negligence, and education matters. You will work closely with colleagues in a stimulating environment that encourages professional growth.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Provide high-quality legal advice and client service. Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters independently. Exhibit a commercial approach to client matters and uphold the firm’s values. Engage in business development activities and attend legal training programs. Work proactively and flexibly, showing excellent attention to detail.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience. Strong understanding of contract law and familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules.
