Commercial Management Surveyor (MRICS)

Think Property and Surveying�are working with a leading Property Consultancy based across the West Midlands and the Black Country. They have a diverse client base across the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

The role

Within this role, you will be working on a variety of different projects including�

• Manage and maintain existing relationships with clients


• Rent reviews & lease renewals


• Ongoing maintenance


• Provide expert advice and reports


• Portfolio management


• Liaise with clients, contractors and tenants


• Work closely with other business departments i.e. Facilities�Managers


• Produce service charge budgets

What they're looking for

You will be a competent and professional RICS Chartered Management Surveyor with previous demonstrable experience of commercial property management.

You will have a passion for the Property industry, and will be motivated to further your career within the business. There is the opportunity to progress to Partner level within this firm for those that want to take this path.
