An exclusive opportunity has arisen for an M&E Commercial Manager supporting a number of projects across the West Midlands. You will be joining a client who is turning over in excess �500m to date. Secure and Stable you will be joining an elite commercial team who pride themselves commercially. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience as an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will be responsible for

• To lead several commercial teams in order to maximise margins, reduce cost going out the business and increase timely cash collection into the business.
• To lead all processes required to safely deliver our works whilst maintaining compliance to company procedures and policies.
• To ensure the commercial team members are supported, encouraged and receive the necessary training / coaching in order to develop.
• To cascade the company initiatives and engender positive behaviours.
• Take responsibility for timely close out of Final accounts on your projects
• Experience of M&E Building both HVAC and Electrical
• Take responsibility for regular robust project reviews
