We're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Manager to join this leading fresh food ingredients supplier. You'll join and help them further expand their reach and build strong, lasting relationships with their customers. The role will be varied and will include:
-Cultivating opportunities for growth with existing customers.
-Identifying and securing new business aligned with strategic objectives.
-Contributing to the annual sales budget, establishing clear growth targets.
-Collaborating with the commercial team to shape the annual strategy and budget.
-Ensure the pricing model is competitive and aligned with company goals, with robust quote management.
-Collaborating with customers to develop mutually beneficial solutions, ensuring products meet margin expectations.
-Ensuring consistent margins through accurate costings and seamless product integration.
-Fostering strong, ongoing communication with customers regarding commercial matters and supply requirements.
-Understanding each customer's unique needs and ensure their supply chain expectations are met.
-Providing volume forecasts and updates to internal teams to align product launches and delists.
-Working closely with NPD teams to ensure the first-class service expectations of customers are met.
-Managing customer specifications and development processes, ensuring adherence to BRC standards.
-Leading feasibility meetings for new product development and key projects.
