Our Client
Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer required�for our client, they are a reputable electrical, Mechanical and Electrical contractor based in the Hemel Hempstead area. They employ over 70 members of staff throughout London and the Home Counties, they have been in business of over 45�years and are currently going through a successful�period of further expansion. The are currently looking for a Commercial Plumber to join the team to cover areas such as Croydon, Mitcham, Wimbledon and Dulwhich.
Commercial Plumber - Static Description
The Commercial Commercial Plumber will be tasked with;

- Commercial plumbing system service, maintenance, repair and occasional installation

- Undertake L8 works

- Monitor and repair faulty heating systems

- Occasionally required to work on other mechanical plant systems

Commercial Plumber Requirements
- Ideally based within�a Commutable distance of�Croydon, Mitcham, Wimbledon and Dulwhich

- Experience�working as a commercial plumber

- Any plant room based experience�would been be seen as advantageous

- Full UK Driving Licence

Commercial Plumber - Static Remuneration
- Salary �34,000 - �40,000

- Company Van

- 23 days holiday + BH

- Sick pay after probation
