Location: Static Site - Central Derby

Salary: Up to �38k basic per year

Hours: Monday - Friday, Normal Working Hours

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) tasks on site.


• Ensure allocated activities meet cost, timescales, and quality standards.


• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance.


• Work on all mechanical systems, including ventilation, plant rooms, and basic plumbing.


• Some fabric and electrical knowledge would be beneficial.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in M&E or Building Services.


• 18th Edition qualification (desirable).


• Experience in a facilities environment with strong technical knowledge of building services.


• Team player with excellent customer care and problem-solving skills.
