Commercial Plumber

GBR�Recruitment are proud to be working with a highly progressive, modern�M&E /�MEP�Building Services Company, recruiting for an experienced mobile�Commercial Plumber, to work across Commercial, Public Sector &�Industrial building types across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, North Lincolnshire, East Riding / Humber & other area within 1 to 1.5 hours of Lincoln.�

As a mobile Commercial Plumber, you will have a chance to install�various types of piping systems, waste systems, fire sprinkling systems, hot & cold water systems, plus fixtures & fittings.

As an experienced Commercial Plumber you will be able to follow blueprints, work with complex plumbing tools & know the materials needed for each job.

Being a time served Commercial Plumber you may also from time to time get involved with supporting the design of solutions for water supply, waste, water pressure, boiler systems & infrastructures for new�M&E Building Services Construction projects. Working with pipework inside & out.

For this key Commercial Plumber role, you must be prepared to undertake a�DBS�check & police vetting, due to the particular end using clients this�M&E /�MEP�Building Services company works with (Hospitals, Police Stations, Prisons, Schools�etc.).�

Experience & Qualifications:

  Experience of working on a wide variety of Plumbing solutions / Plumbing projects, for an�M&E /�MEP�Building Services company, Construction company, Facilities Management company or similar�

  Full UK Driving License

  
  


• 
  

  Trade qualifications required are an�NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing and Heating or an NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Installing & Maintaining Heating Systems or similar / equivalent.�
