The Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory updates, offering advice on developments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver multi-disciplinary client services.
