• PQE: 5+ years
• Location: Skipton, Bradford or Keighley (some flexibility is available at the clients discretion)
• Reporting to: The Head of Commercial Property
• Salary: Market rate is between �47,000 and �54,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:

• You will be managing a caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases, agricultural and development work across a range of sectors
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as leases and tenancy agreements
• Ensuring contracts comply with relevant legislation and regulations

Key Skills and Experience of a Commercial Property Lawyer:

• You should have a PQE of 5+ years
• Ideally, this position will suit an experienced, commercial property lawyer
