The Bonus Structure

The firm operates a firmwide bonus scheme for the financial year, rewarding your efforts with significant additional earnings. If billing targets are met, bonuses are paid at two six-month intervals, plus a super bonus for exceeding annual targets, with the potential to earn up to an additional 6% of your annual salary.

• UK Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in commercial property law.


• Experience in landlord & tenant law, acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases.
