Commercial Property Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to transition into a client-side role? This UK-wide landlord is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their London-based team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Investment Team, taking responsibility for the outsourced property management contract. You will oversee the relationship with third-party Property Managers, maintaining regular dialogue and implementing an active management strategy to ensure the commercial portfolio aligns with the principles of good estate management.
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing leasing activities, rent reviews, and lease renewals. You will execute the leasing strategy outlined in the annual business plan, anticipate and strategise for potential voids, appoint and supervise leasing agents, and procure advice from Landlord and Tenant specialists. Additionally, you will manage rent reviews and ensure the completion of legal documentation with the support of solicitors.
