Commercial Property Paralegal

We are working with a fantastic law firm based in Leicester who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to work on a full-time permanent basis.

They’re ideally looking for someone to join the team who has a legal degree and is looking for more experience within the industry. While they wouldn’t be able to guarantee a training contract, they would be able to support candidates to complete their SQE and develop their skillset.

Typical duties would include:

• Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required.


• Communicate effectively with clients and relevant parties.


• Attending meetings and taking notes as required.


• Maintain case files and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.

The successful candidate:

• A law degree or previous paralegal experience


• An interest or experience working within Commercial Property


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


• Well organised with a high level of attention to detail


• Good client facing skills and able to build positive relationships.
