Our client are a large commercial firm with a number of regional offices. They are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their North Yorkshire office. Candidates who are suitable will have experience of a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, joint ventures, lease renewals and some agricultural work. Your clients will be national companies as well as OMBs and SMEs.
