My client is a well-established law firm based in South London, on the lookout for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases. Manage commercial development projects. Oversee commercial refinances, including portfolio refinances. Conduct sales and purchases of businesses. Manage land development projects. Handle ancillary property work such as planning and forfeiture. Develop and maintain client relationships. Generate new business opportunities. The Idea Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in commercial property law. Ability to manage your own caseload independently. Outstanding communication skills. Client-focused approach. Capability to generate new business and foster relationships.
