You will need at least 2 years PQE and a solid background in a full range of Commercial Property transactions gained at a respected firm, with proven fee earning and client development skills. There is a very healthy caseload here for you to develop further

The workload will consist of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and development work
