A well-established and respected law firm with roots in South London is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team at their head office.

The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

We are searching for an ambitious, highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to develop within our dedicated team based in South London. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will possess a comprehensive knowledge of real estate matters and experience managing your own caseload. Demonstrating a commercially minded approach and expertise in the commercial property sector is essential.

Our commercial property department works with sole traders, property developers, and large corporations, handling a diverse range of tasks, including:

• Acquisitions, disposals, and leases of all commercial property
• Commercial development
• Commercial refinances, including portfolio refinances
• Sales and purchases of businesses
• Land development
• Ancillary property work such as planning and forfeiture

The Commercial Property Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial property law
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Outstanding communication skills
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service
• Skilled at generating new business and fostering relationships

In Return?

• �60,000-�70,000 based on experience
