COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5-7 YEARS PQE, LONDON, £HIGHLY COMPETITIVE - This central London law firm is looking for a lawyer to join their busy property team, confident and proactive in their approach to risk management and business development. JOB REF: 6389. The role will involve a focus on a wide range of commercial property matters, you will use excellent technical knowledge to support and work directly with one of their Partners to provide top quality service to clients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. It is essential that you are confident acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting, and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants, acting for lenders, and have experience of bridging work. They are a well-regarded firm that offers a variety of legal services to their commercial and private clients.
