The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor,you will play a vital role in managing various property-related legal tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handling transactions for buying and selling commercial premises.
• Managing commercial leases and licences.
• Drafting and negotiating option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements.
• Assisting with planning applications.
• Advising on property finance matters.
• Supporting senior staff and partners on complex cases.
• Engaging in business development and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
• 2-4 years post-qualification experience in commercial property.
• Familiarity with technology to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Strong business development skills.
