About the Role In this pivotal role, you will be handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, lease negotiations and development projects. You will work closely with a broad spectrum of clients, including SMEs, landlords, tenants, and developers, providing expert legal advice and ensuring the successful completion of transactions.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 am to 5:15 pm
Key Duties
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships.
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches, and enquiries.
Liaise with other solicitors, agents, and professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law and its application.
Key Requirements 2+ years experience
Comfortable in developing a department
Residential experience is beneficial
