Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: Up to �75K DOE and PQE
Location: Newport, hybrid.
Hours: Full time.

This established, full service, law firm in Newport, offers tailored legal solutions for both business and personal matters. With a friendly team of roughly 40 staff they combine specialised expertise with a personal touch to their clients as well as supporting their colleagues and aiding professional development.
Responsibilities
* Work with clients in the investment sector, including developers of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
* Facilitate the buying and selling of commercial units, retail spaces, office properties, development land, and industrial estates.
* Provide comprehensive services for landlords and tenants, including lease granting, assignments, agreements to lease, building agreements, and variations.
* Advise clients on the benefits and complexities of leasing business premises versus purchasing.
* Offer expert guidance in the negotiation and finalisation of commercial leases tailored to client needs.
* Ensure quick and confident action while delivering value and expert legal advice.
* Collaborate with other specialised teams for support on company, commercial, and dispute resolution matters.

Desired/required experience:
* Qualified solicitor or equivalent. NQ +, they are flexible on the level of PQE.
* Solid experience in commercial property and ideally company law.
* Friendly, motivated, approachable, team player, ability to work to own initiative and to deadlines.
