Are you looking to progress your legal career in a leading law firm offering excellent quality commercial property work and supported training?
Are you enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to demonstrate a confident approach and initiative?
Our client is looking for an ambitious solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career in a progressing and friendly team on a broad range of commercial property work for local, regional and national clients across a range of industries.
You will work closely with the Head of the Team and other senior solicitors assisting with a wide range of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, transactional landlord and tenant work, commercial development and secured lending as well as assisting the Corporate Team on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
As you progress, you will have the opportunity to handle your own caseload, supported by more senior staff.
The ideal candidate will have existing experience of commercial property transactions, either during their training contract and/or post qualification, with strong technical knowledge of the law together with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills. If we do not have anything suitable, we will not keep your CV for more than 30 days.
