Job Description: Commercial Property Solicitor (1-5 years PQE)

Salary: up to �60,000 DOE

The firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Consisting of 5 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, and 2 Associates, as well as a support team, the Commercial Property department is one of the largest in North London, and has a consistent high volume of work.

Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in Barnet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling a mix of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant.

Key Responsibilities:

� Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant.

� Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to commercial property matters.

� Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.

� Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

� Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile in the commercial property sector.

Qualifications + Experience:

� Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in commercial property.

� Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property.

� Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

� Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

� Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

� Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
