Commercial Property Solicitor

We are working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team!

The role would require weekly office presence to attend team meetings in person and so local candidates are preferred.

The role:

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hyrbid attendance of once a week in the office
• Rate: �50-60ph depending on candidate experience
• Must have prior local authority experience
• Must have experience with commercial lease extensions
• Day to day work also inclusive of: licenses, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals
• Any experience with RTB6 claims would be desired.
