Due to the complex nature of work and the international and diverse client base, the team frequently collaborates with other practice areas and our overseas offices. The Role The position is within the Commercial Group of the London Real Estate Team, involving all aspects of Commercial Property work, including: Acquisitions, disposals, and lettings for developers, investor companies, retail occupiers, private individuals, and family offices. Complex residential, industrial, retail, and mixed-use development projects. Promotion and option agreements related to development land. Bank lending and refinancings. Portfolio acquisitions. Work with hotel owners and operators. Landlord and tenant asset management. Corporate property acquisitions. Key Skills and Experience 2-5 years of post-qualification experience. Strong work ethic and forward-thinking attitude. Solid grounding in land law/general property matters with a focus on commercial real estate. Desire and ability to engage in business development initiatives.
