Job Description As a commercial real estate solicitor you will; Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties Negotiate leases and manage tenant relations Identify and evaluate potential real estate acquisitions Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders including brokers, tenants, and contractors Report to senior management on portfolio performance and market trends Support the strategic planning and forecasting processes. The Successful Applicant A successful commercial real estate solicitor should have: An admission to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales Proven experience in managing commercial real estate law Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations A keen eye for identifying potential real estate acquisitions.
