Position: Sales Manager
Location: Based in Essex
About them;
A leading independent domestic and commercial appliance business are currently seeking an experienced Salesperson within either Essex, Suffolk, Kent area. With a relaxed environment they are looking for someone who wants to progress with a clear path into a head of sales role.
A successful Sales Manager will be;
* Sales Manager will be visiting clients across Essex, Suffolk, Kent and ascertaining there needs and completing a sale of Rental commercial laundry units and service contracts.
* A Sales Manager will have complete ownership and be responsible for the management of their accounts with clients and be able to supply the rental of commercial laundry equipment into, hospitals, hotels, restaurants. As well as service contracts.
* The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of new leads and successfully turning them into clients. Performing site surveys.
* Sales Manager will have good IT skills enabling them to use CRM systems containing clients' needs such as commercial laundry equipment or service contracts.
* The Sales Manager will be Working with the Sales Director ensuring that all quotations and proposals are fit for purpose and meet commercial and profit targets.
Requirements to be a Chiller sales engineer;

• To be a sales Manager you will previous experience in the sales of commercial Products into Hospitals, Pubs, restaurants, hotels, councils, children's homes.
• As a sales Manager you will need good customer facing skills ensuring client satisfaction
• A Sales Manager will need to be able to develop long lasting relationships with clients, interpreting, and understanding their needs.
• To be a sales Manager you will need to be Numerate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• To be Sales Manager you must have a full drivers licence valid in the UK
• Excellent English language fluency

Chiller sales engineers benefits and package is negotiable depending on experiences

• �30,000 Basic salary
• Uncapped commission - �60,000 OTE
