Commercial Sales Manager
to join their Essex based team. As the driving force behind their strategic growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this travel company.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for group travel experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a commitment to driving profitability and growth, inspire and lead teams to success, bring innovative ideas to the table, build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and value teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities as a Commercial Sales Manager will include:
Inspiring and developing the team, leading a small team to exceed targets
Collaborating with the Operations Manager to enhance retention rates
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Developing activation plans with Marketing and Sales Consultants
Managing pricing and discounting requests, monitoring competitor movements and market Trends, analysing performance data, providing insights on market trends
Assisting in budget creation, driving continuous improvement, fostering relationships with other teams, and representing the company at external events.
Management of a small team
so previous experience will be necessary
The role for
Commercial Sales Manager
is a full-time position (35 hours per week) and will work 4 days in the office 1 remotely. Ad hoc travel may be required from time to time, on request.
