Commercial Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor required

Our client is looking for an experienced site supervisor/ foreman to start asap on a commercial construction project, supervising roof cladders. This is a temp position based in Sheerness, Kent.

�200-�240 a day rate depending on previous experience and qualifications. Weekly paid CIS/ LTD. Usual working hours Mon to Fri 7.30am to 4.30/5pm.

Applicants must have experience working on commercial projects and must have first aid and SMSTS. Those candidates with IPAF will be at an advantage.

• Overseeing scissor lifts and cherry pickers
• Leading and supervising a gang of 3-4 cladders at height
• Inductions
• Orders
• Scheduling
• Snagging
• Following the companies H&S procedures
• Ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors
• Managing labour and materials
• Reporting for contracts managers

This is an immediate start and would suit an experienced supervisor/ foreman that is looking to work with a fantastic construction company who specialise in new build sites.

The successful candidates will need to have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS/ SMSTS or equivalent and 1st aid as a minimum.
