The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, offering a wide range of legal services for both business and personal needs.

The Role:

As a Solicitor, you will engage in Company Commercial work, contributing to a progressive and expanding firm.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake Company Commercial work, including buying and selling businesses.


• Contribute to marketing, PR, and business development activities.


• Draft articles, manage social media, and engage in networking.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Solicitor or in a similar role.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.


• Background in company commercial law, including drafting sale and purchase agreements.


• Familiarity with companies Act 2006 and contract law.


• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.


• Skilled in IT.


• Must have right to work in the UK
