The Role As a Portfolio Underwriter, you will: Manage and develop a profitable portfolio of P&C insurance business. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive business growth. Utilize your expertise in binders to enhance our underwriting processes and ensure compliance. Analyse risk and make informed underwriting decisions to optimize portfolio performance. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative insurance products and solutions. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Portfolio Underwriter in the P&C space. Extensive knowledge of working with binders. Strong broker connectivity and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
