We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade in an historic riverside hotel near Hampton Court. As Commis Chef you will join an established brigade of chefs creating fantastic dishes for the hotels various outlets.
The Perks
As Commis Chef you can expect the following: Basic salary of between £29,000
48 hour contract
£5,000 in service
4 days on, 3 days off

The Person
The ideal Commis Chef will have the following: Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally at a similar style property at Commis level
Confidence to deputise for the Sous Chef, run a section and support more junior team members
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
