Commis Chef - Marks Club
We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the team at Marks Club , part of The Birley Clubs .
Marks Club is a private members dining club, based in a serene Mayfair townhouse providing a solace to all its members from the hectic pace of the city outside. The Club serves the finest, award-winning cuisine alongside an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines and cigars.
As Commis Chef you will ensure the smooth running of your section by keeping it clean and tidy and will efficiently carry out the orders and specifications set by the Chef de Partie. You will produce high quality dishes from scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of the restaurant.

Have previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
Have an interest in learning new techniques and ingredients
