Our fifth Pub with Rooms will open in Epping Forest we have an amazing opportunity for Commis Chef to join our fantastic team in our newest opening with rooms. The site is currently undergoing a massive transformation and will have a 150-cover dining room and additional bar seating for 95 covers as well as a beautiful garden with over 100 covers and 31 beautiful boutique bedrooms.

Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
To be a real team player it is essential that you are flexible
Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs

Heartwood Collection has 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more coming! We aim to grow to 61 sites by#####7 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
