To help manage the day-to-day kitchen operation, helping to maintain high levels of food quality and service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.

Requirements:
Experience : Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
Skills : Good Health and Hygiene skills, and experience of large volumes
Attributes: Hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
Administration: Must be used to working in a professional organisation operating with SOPs and strict protocols especially as regards ordering and creation of menus.
