Our Kitchen is led by Executive Chef Zak Gregoire, our Bar Programme by Liana Oster and our Wine Programme by Alessia Ferrarello, each earning their stripes at renowned institutions across the globe.

OUR FOOD
Our outlets include signature NoMad Atrium Restaurant which serves modern American cuisine with recipes inspired by New York and London. We stay true to our ingredients and use the best produce, meat, and seafood sourced from the UK and around. Our Side Hustle Restaurant serves innovative and quirky Mexican cuisine with Southern California influence. We make all of our pasta and viennoiserie in house.
THE ROLE
The role of the Commis Chef is to successfully run a section a part of the kitchen brigade.Ideal commis chef candidate should have the following:
Experience cooking and preparing high quality dishes
Assisting in food rotation and restocking
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Experience with kitchen equipment
Understanding of basic food safety practices
Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
Positive and approachable manner and team player
