A commis Waiter at Sumosan Twiga
As a Commis Waiter/Waitress, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless connection between the floor and kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Waiters and managers in our operations. Sumosan Twiga comes alive in the evenings and stays bustling until late at night, requiring you to work late hours as part of our elite FOH team.
Your responsabilities will be:
Serve as a link between the kitchen and dining area.
Prepare everything needed for the Waiters to serve tables.
Keep the waiter station, linen, and crockery spotless.
Ensure the floor is always clean and organized.
Assist with table service when needed.
Help ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain seamless and exceptional service for each guest.
Who are you?
Willingness to learn everything about luxury hospitality.
Excellent Customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Legal Right to work in the UK.
