The Commissioning team:
The Weapons Commissioning Manager will manage, control & monitor the test section to meet the Boat Commissioning Plan, responsible for a large group of Commissioning Engineers of various levels & disciplines, offering a broad range of technical skill & knowledge to lead and deliver the programme. The Weapons Commissioning Manager reports directly to the Boat Commissioning Manager and ensures the safe delivery of the Propulsion Commissioning line to meet all key events and objectives.
The Weapons Commissioning team is led by the propulsion Commissioning Manager, supported by a number of Commissioning Project Leaders of both Mechanical & Electrical backgrounds and a range of Commissioning Engineers. Test and Commissioning offers a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of some of the most technologically advanced projects in the world, working alongside industry partners to deliver Submarines to the Royal Navy
