Communal Estates Cleaner

Client are looking for a Communal Cleaner on 6 Social Housing Estates throughout NW London to cover Annual Leave from 14th March - 21st March.

Estates are based in HA and NW postcodes. There are 6 estates in total.

The successful candidate will have experience cleaning communal areas:

- Cleaning Stairwells (bannisters and railings)

- Cleaning Floors (sweeping, hoovering, mopping)

- Cleaning Walls (wiping down surfaces)

- Making sure bin stores are tidy and in order (litter off the floor and in the bins)

All cleaning products will be based on site for you to complete your duties.

The candidate will need to get themselves to and from site.

The Manager will meet you on site your first day.

All candidates will need to have:

- RTW

- Proof of National Insurance number

- Proof of Address

- 2x References from the last 12 Months
