They work with a range of businesses across different sectors in the development and activation of comms campaigns. They are a creative bunch and manage all design internally with their in-house creative team. With a passion for people and a desire to offer their clients a 1st class experience, this is a great role for someone who is just as passionate about relationships as they are.The RoleAs Communications Consultant you will have a mix of experience across working with clients developing communications strategy and overseeing delivery. The role will be a mix of marketing, comms strategy, client services, developing strong relationships with your clients, project managing comms projects and managing budgets and also being that comms consultant and advising clients on all things reward, benefit and pensions. You will be joining a talented team of experts who work together, love to share insight and info and genuinely want to support each other. If your ethos is ‘no job is too big or too small’ then you will be working with like-minded people.About YouYou will have experience in pensions, reward and benefit and will have proven experience in working with clients to come up with communication strategies and campaignsStrong experience in coaching and mentoring others and passion for helping others to grow and developYou will love to keep up with the latest insights in the world of employee engagement including pensions, reward and benefit and be great at taking technical information and making it engagingAble to project manage comms campaigns and be hands-on with elements such as campaign planning and writing content and briefing in a range of digital and comms materials to the creative teamExperience in managing stakeholder relationshipsWorking on projects across tone of voice and ensuring hitting client briefsExperience in all marketing channelsSupport with events, research blog content and socialExperience in working in a ‘consultancy’ type role, and advising clients on reward and benefitA passion for comms and marketing and some experience in developing plans across different channelsExperience in working directly with clients (agency experience is needed) and able to manage a client account, building relationships, managing timeframes and budgetsExperience in creating comms strategies and plansA passion for running engagement projectsPlease only apply for this role if you have some agency experience.If this sounds like the role for you then apply today or get in touch with Michelle to find out more. #####.
