About the Opportunity
The newly formed Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Team are responsible for transforming and supporting all of the force's digital technology needs.
Within Operations, the Networks and Communications team provide technical excellence across network, cyber security, communications and are responsible for the following key areas:
Predominantly supporting Staffordshire Police ICCS environment.
ICCS is an integrated communications control system.
Enables desktop users via a central core, access to multiple forms of communications e.g. radio, tetra radio, telephony, CCTV.
Preferable skillset:
Window server experience in virtualisation (Win 2022 & HyperV)
Knowledge of SIP
Knowledge of Tetra Radio
Knowledge of Cisco networking
Proficient with Win10 Desktop PCs including application support
Knowledge/experience with Airwave radio solutions
Experience with SIP based voice recording solutions
Problem solving/debugging
