Community Care Assistant

We are a local, friendly, family-owned Care company with over 27 years of experience caring for individuals in our local community. You will be joining a friendly team of professionals with an excellent local reputation and a genuine passion for helping our clients to remain independent in their own home. Although experience is beneficial, you will receive full paid training to ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to deliver excellent professional care to our clients.
We offer:
Flexible hours, day, evening and weekends available
Pay rates between £11.44 to £12.50 per hour, based on level of experience
Training and travel time paid as well as a contribution payment for your mileage
All PPE provided
£200 joining bonus!
Additional £200 bonus if you already have a relevant QCF (NVQ) Level 2 or higher
What we need from you:
You must be a car driver with use of a car
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
Have the right to work in the UK
A genuine interest in making a positive impact on someones every day life
Please note that you will be required to undertake a full Enhanced DBS check for this role.
