In this Community Complex Care Nurse role you will have the opportunity to provide care in a community setting on wide variety of complex care packages. You will be joining a highly-regarded, award-winning service that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.

• Provide the highest standard of patient care
\n
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
\n
• Work closely and collaboratively with the service manager and the wider MDT
\n
• Update patient care plans
\n
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families
\n
