Community Manager - Global TourismAre you a community-building enthusiast with a knack for innovation? We're hiring a Community Engagement Lead for a 12-month contract PAYE, offering up to £108K annually!Your Role:Lead & Engage: Partner with regional leads to tackle local trends, risks, and opportunities.Innovate & Implement: Adapt strategies for Host Growth and Engagement to fit local needs.Measure & Balance: Analyse the needs of our Host Community and balance them with company goals.Your day to day looks like:Execute operating systems and impactful Monthly Business Reviews.Track and report community KPIs.Build partnerships with key stakeholders across functions.Drive growth and engagement goals, supporting business and policy objectives.Run localized initiatives and support event planning.Educate Hosts on product changes and gather feedback.Communicate performance and resolve issues efficiently.About You:Fluent in English; French is a plus.5+ years in Community Building, Customer Success, or Content Creation.Familiar with the MEA tech and tourism industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience working cross-functionally and thriving in ambiguous environments.Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce, Facebook Groups, Asana, and being an Airbnb host.Next Steps…Apply Now for this exciting Community Manager position with your LinkedIn profile or CV or just your contact information.
