Community Nurse

Community Nurse – Birmingham (NHS, Agency Contract)
Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to join an NHS team in Birmingham on an agency contract. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in the community, ensuring patients receive appropriate support and treatment in their own homes or care settings.
Role Details:

• \nLocation: Birmingham
\n
• \nContract Type: Temporary (Agency)
\n
• \nWorking Hours: Predominantly 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts
\n
• \nShifts: Flexible, covering a range of days based on service requirements
\n
• \nPay Rate: £21.50 per hour Ltd (paid via umbrella)
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Delivering community-based nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
\n
• Providing holistic assessments and implementing care plans for patients
\n
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and independence
\n
• Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to NHS policies and procedures
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
\n
• Full, clean UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
\n
• Previous experience in community nursing or a similar role
\n
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
\n
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
\n
